2:30 – Fun Auction (or immediately following tack sale)
4:00 – Sale Preview (or immediately following the Fun Auction): In-hand horses as a group, followed by driving horses up to six at one time, followed by western riding, followed by English riding, followed by specialty trained horses (bullwhips, tarps, etc).
6:30 – Stallion Showcase

Followed by selling of horses in catalog order. Trained horses age 2 and over may be shown in hand, under saddle, or in harness

All times are subject to change. Uncataloged horses accepted at regular consignment fee between April 1st and May 4th, 2017.

Vendors Welcome! Large, centrally located building for vendors or setup outside. $50 setup charge for each 10′ x 20′ space. No food vendors.

Camper Hookups: $25 per night (upon arrival, please pick up a permit at the gazebo)

Catalogs: Available after May 1st. Catalogs will be mailed to all consignors, plus AHR members that requested a catalog. The list of consigned horses will also be posted on this page.

Consignment Fee: $50. In addition, commission on horses is $50.00 or 5%, whichever is greater. Comission, $25.00 charge per stall, and $20 transfer fee will be withheld from check.

**No refunds after closing date unless the horse is examined by a vet. Consignment fee refunded ONLY upon presentation of a valid vet slip.**

CONSIGNMENT DETAILS – please read before returning consignment form:
The minimum charges for consigning a horse to the sale follows. Please consider this information carefully:
    $50 Consignment Fee. No refunds after close date without a vet slip.
    $20 Transfer Fee
    $25 Stall Fee
    $50 Commission MINIMUM. Commission is $50 or 5% of bid price, whichever is greater.

Consigned horses may be subject to random drug testing

2017 foals selling with their dams must have an application for registration submitted (including DNA if applicable) prior to the sale. Please also include a signed transfer for the foal. All unpaid foal fees will be deducted from the payout check.

When a horse is jointly owned, such as by John and Mary Smith, there must be TWO signatures, not one person that signs John and Mary Smith. Many consignment forms are returned each year because of incorrect signatures! Check the owner recorded on the back of the pedigree BEFORE signed the consignment form and sign accordingly!

A signed breeding certificate must accompany any bred mare being sold.

DNA identification is required on all broodmares and licensed breeding stallions.

A signed gelding certificate MUST accompany any pedigree of a gelding that is still recorded as a stallion.

CHECK-IN TIPS
Bring individual health certificates for each sale horse, including proof of flu/rhino/tetanus shots and negative Coggins.

The date the shots were given and the list of shots given MUST be included on the health certificate. Photocopies of Coggins papers are NOT accepted. Photocopies of Health Papers are NOT accepted. Consignors will be notified of vet check-in times.
