National Sport Show Class Entries

You must submit one Class Entry Form for each horse and exhibitor pair, and one Master Entry Form for each farm.

After completing the Class Entry Form below, click on "Enter" at the bottom. You will be redirected to a PayPal checkout screen for payment. You will receive two confirmation emails: one for the entry submission, and one payment confirmation from PayPal. If you have any questions regarding the online entry form, please contact us! And don't forget to also submit a Master Entry Form!

Please note, a small amount is added to all online transactions to cover PayPal fees.

You must include with your entry a signed National Show Entry Agreement (found here), a negative Coggins dated after January 1, 2016, and a copy of Health Papers if you're coming from outside the state of Ohio.

Please note: Pre-Entries closed July 25th. Late entries for dressage closed August 1. Late entries for all other classes will be accepted until one hour before the gate closes.
